>> My name is Kelsey Clark [assumed spelling] and I graduated from USC Edinburg in 2011 with my major in print and digital journalism. My minor was business and right now I work for Mercer. It is a human resources consulting firm and I am a communication consultant. So what we do at Mercer is that we have all different lines of consulting business and we help our client companies with different needs that they have that they wouldn't be able to manage internally, excuse me so they have health and benefits need and for their retirement plans. And what I do in particular is work with their communications. So we help our clients come up with strategic communications for their employees and we come up with the messaging and we help develop that strategy, we write it, we edit it, and we see it all the way through to the end and a lot of times that end product is a website, or a booklet, or some kind of guide for employees and typically the messaging that we're dealing with is related to human resources and the internal process at that company and we help our clients communicate to their employees when they don't have maybe their resources or the specific communication skill set to manage those communications on their own.
