Good morning, my name is Desiree Crayton Barney and I am a Corporate Recruiter. So the way it works is, a need arises. The manager contacts us and says I need a person to do XYZ position. We start the requisition and we work on filling it. We start the recruitment process. We use various methods to recruit. And then, they go through a vetting process through us, the recruiters. And then we pass them on to the managers. Sometimes there's a panel interview, sometimes there's not. If and once the manager decides if they want to hire the person, then they turn them back over to us and we complete the process. We use our online website, our company website. We also use some online, there are tons of job boards out there. We use Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and sometimes we use LinkedIn. If it's a really particular, if it's a very specific role that we need, we will use LinkedIn and we will reach out to our contacts to see if they have any leads. We do job fairs, I just did one last weekend for a local university. We do job- in fact, we did one yesterday for some local universities always looking for bright college students. Hungry college students. We're looking for college students, we're also looking for, you know, seasoned professionals who may want to do something different. They're at the point in their life where like, "Okay, I've done this now, let's try something new". I am a member of a local group of recruiters in the area where we get together and we talk about what we're looking for, any challenges we may have filling particular roles. Because even though we may not be recruiting for the same types of positions, there may be the chance that somebody knows somebody networking is- these days, networking is a powerful tool and a necessity.
