Student Access to FDS in 12twenty

As you get ready to graduate, we want to hear about your next steps. Please read below for information on how to access the First Destination Survey (FDS) in 12twenty.

HOW TO ACCESS FDS REPORTING IN 12TWENTY

  1. LOG INTO YOUR 12TWENTY ACCOUNT BY CLICKING THE SSO BUTTON. GO TO acu.12twenty.com
  2. STUDENTS WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLETE A SURVEY UPON LOGIN. If you have clicked out of the survey, you can access it via your dashboard. If this is not available, you can click on your profile in the left hand navigation bar and scroll down to Add Experience or Status.
  3. SELECT THE APPROPRIATE OUTCOME FOR THE SURVEY: Accepted Job, Received Job, Declined Job, Still Seeking Employment, Still Seeking Education, Graduate School, etc.
  4. FILL IN THE SURVEY QUESTIONS All fields marked with an (*) are required. Survey must be completed in full to be saved.
  5. SELECT SUBMIT The reported outcome will now appear on the profile page under Timeline. If you want to change your answer after taking the survey, you may access the survey via your Dashboard.
