The NCAA After the Game Career Center is designed to connect companies seeking to recruit entry-level, mid-career and executive former student-athletes, across diverse professions, industries and locations.   

Former college athletes are focused, educated, diverse – and are ready to thrive in individual and team environments. College sports creates the environment for participants to strengthen workplace-ready attributes like communication, collaboration, problem-solving and, critical-thinking – skills needed in today’s workforce.

This service is free and exclusive to former student-athletes who have exhausted their NCAA eligibility.
