The Career Journal is a guided resource designed to help students reflect on their experiences, set meaningful goals, and develop career readiness skills throughout their college journey. Whether you are just beginning to explore career options or preparing to launch your career after graduation, this journal provides activities, prompts, and planning tools to support your professional growth. Based around the 8 NACE Career Readiness Competencies, students can practice the skills that employers are looking for in recent graduates. Students can use the journal to track progress, identify strengths, explore career paths, and create actionable plans for future success. As a companion to ACU Career Development resources, the Career Journal encourages continuous reflection, intentional career planning, and engagement with career coaching, events, internships, and other professional development opportunities.
