Center for Speech Language and learning

The ACU Center for Speech, Language and Learning provides comprehensive speech-language evaluation and therapy services for children and adults throughout West Texas. Operated by Abilene Christian University’s Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, the center offers assessment and treatment for speech, language, voice, swallowing, cognitive-communication, and fluency disorders. Services are delivered by graduate student clinicians under the direct supervision of licensed and certified speech-language pathologists, providing clients with high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting student clinical training. The center also offers specialized programs for autism, aphasia, Parkinson’s disease, stuttering, accent modification, and other communication-related needs.
