Join the Team Redefining Pediatric Therapy!

Join our energetic, family-centered pediatric clinic as a Supervising Physical Therapist at one of our two clinics located in the DFW Metroplex! At Excel Pediatric Therapy, we provide high-quality, play-based care to children with a wide range of physical and developmental needs — all within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

This is a leadership-focused role ideal for an experienced PT who’s excited to step away from direct treatment and into mentorship, oversight, and team development. As the supervising PT, you’ll lead a tight-knit team of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Techs — supporting their clinical work, guiding treatment planning, and ensuring every child receives individualized, evidence-based care.

With a Monday–Thursday clinic schedule and no patient caseload of your own, this position offers true flexibility while giving you the chance to shape the direction of care and contribute meaningfully to the growth of our PT program. If you’re organized, passionate about mentorship, and ready for the next step in your career, this is the role for you.
