Job description:

Top Gun Program (Operating Director Training Program)

Cornerstone Caregiving is offering a unique opportunity for early professionals to step into a leadership role and run their own branch through our Top Gun Program—a 5-week, immersive leadership development experience designed to prepare you for our Operating Director position.

What You’ll Do:

Build and manage your own team
Grow your market through in-person referral marketing
Handle staffing, scheduling, and team operations
Conduct in-home assessments and client relationship management
Manage budgets, P&L statements, and drive profitability
Shape a positive, high-performance office culture

What We Offer:

$80K base salary + uncapped 20% profit share
$1,000/week during training
Fully covered travel, meals, and lodging for all 5 weeks
Company car, gas and phone stipend
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Unlimited PTO (with corporate approval)

Program Overview (5 Weeks Total):

Week 1: Founder-led training in Waco, TX
Weeks 2–5: Field training under a top-performing Operating Director
Final Presentation: Return to Waco for your final interview.
Job Offer: Successful candidates receive an Operating Director offer same day.
